This issue causes a buildup of toxins in your body and can lead to more health issues. So, adding fiber is very important! Here are some fiber rich foods.

if you have a food restriction or sensitivity to certain foods you can also try adding ground flax seed, hemp seed, hemp protein powder, chia seeds and psyllium fiber to your yogurt, salads or smoothies. It will make it a little thicker if adding to yogurt or smoothies, so you may need to adjust the liquid content to achieve, your desired consistency.
