This plan remains individualized; however, my platform has changed this year. My plan for you is still divided into phases for your best results. I offer a 6-week plan and a 12-week plan with the option of renewal if more time is needed. This plan is designed to help you build a foundation to which you can continue to develop, build and grow upon for lasting results of a lifetime.

I also offer a phone consultation for a one-time aid with the assistance of a health issue such as sinus issues, other minor health concerns that is not an emergency situation and that can or may be treated with supplements and essential oils.
