Ingredients:
1/3 c. softened butter
1/4c. granulated monk fruit sweetener
1/4c. Truvia brown sugar
2 organic cage free eggs
1 3/4c. gluten free flour (Nature's Eats the Ultimate Nut Flour)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp fine sea salt
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cardamom
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4c. chopped walnuts
1/4c. flax seed
1c. mashed bananas
whisk the eggs, add in sugar, vanilla and butter. Cream together until smooth. Adding in dry ingredients until well blended. Add bananas, mix well. Add nuts and seeds. Place in a greased bread pan.
Bake 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
Top with butter or Keto Syrup and enjoy!
Also try serving with fruit, yogurt, bacon/sausage for a complete breakfast.
